Sierra was replaced by High Sierra 10.13, Mojave 10.14, and the newest Catalina 10.15.End of support for Office 2016 for Mac. In keeping with Apple's release cycle, macOS 10.12 Sierra will no longer be receiving security updates. It is a requirement to install ESET Endpoint Security first and then launch the Mojave installation package in Self Service. As a result, SCSCF will stop providing software support for all computers running macOS 10.13 High Sierra on November 30, 2020.If you would like to upgrade your computer yourself, you can use the Self Service App. Expect High Sierra support to end in 2020With Apple's release of macOS Catalina, High Sierra will be the third oldest version and will cease to be supported next year. Additionally, computers identified as security risks may be blocked from the CMU network by the Information Security Office (ISO). SCSCF software support charges will be canceled automatically.
